No Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Sahaan Designers, we provide digital training programs, strategy calls, business mentoring, downloadable resources, and interior design services.

Due to the nature of digital products and time-based services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.

2. Digital Products & Programs (₹99 Lead Magnet, Video Trainings, Bonus Kits)

All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Video programs

  • Online trainings

  • Downloadable templates

  • Business blueprints

  • Digital toolkits

  • Bonus resources

are non-refundable once purchased.

Since access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • “I did not use it.”

  • Lack of results due to non-implementation

  • Technical issues on the buyer’s device

  • Failure to watch or complete the program

3. Strategy Calls (₹299 or Other Paid Consultations)

All consultation and strategy calls are:

  • Non-refundable once booked

  • Non-transferable

If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Interior Design Services & Business Mentoring

For higher-ticket services:

  • Payments made for consultation, planning, or mentoring are non-refundable once the service has started.

  • If a client cancels after work has begun, no refund will be issued for completed work or time invested.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

  • Payment processed, but no access delivered due to our system error

  • Legal obligations under applicable Indian consumer protection laws

4. Payments & Access

  • All payments must be completed before access to digital products or services is granted.

  • Access to digital programs is provided immediately after purchase.

  • Strategy calls must be attended at the scheduled time.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimers

  • Our digital programs and consultations provide guidance, strategies, and recommendations based on experience.
